Carson City Hospital is the first in the service area to acquire da Vinci Si Surgical System!

This innovative technology enhances the surgeon’s ability to perform minimally invasive surgical procedures and is mainly used for gynecological and urology patients, as well as for cardiac and general surgeries.

The system consists of an ergonomic surgeon’s console and a patient-side cart with four interactive robotic arms. It is designed to scale, filter and seamlessly translate any surgeon’s hand movements into incredibly precise movements.
